The journey that began with a rented retail showroom space of less than 2000 square feet has now progressed onto several owned retail showrooms and warehouses. What has been exciting is the consistency of their growth that has come through honest business and customer happiness. Two additional units were purchased during 2001. They made the down payment for a warehouse settled in the area of South Houston in 2005, which later became the main operating base of Exclusive Furniture. In 2006, they made their way to Northwest Freeway. Yet another showroom was opened in Almeda Mall in the same year. One more location was purchased in the year 2016 in the western Houston.
A 52,000 square feet megastore was planned and inaugurated recently. Highway 99 & Belfort is a luxurious location, where new youth furniture sections, supplier galleries and many more sections are there. Sam Zavary actually wanted Exclusive Furniture to be the only popular name among the customers. In fact, they are planning to establish their name not only in Houston but also in the surrounding cities as well. A careful planning and expansion plan is in progress to care for the same.
